METALIKA RVP-2000/1 is a single-layer automatic concrete block machine.

RVP-2000/1 automatic concrete block making machine can be configured with a pallet stacker and be a short automatic production line or in a configuration with elevators and packaging stations to complete the automatic production of concrete blocks.

The configuration of the production line depends on the desired level of automation, capacity and budget.

It is important to understand that the equipment we produce is modular and compact in design, which means that you can add additional equipment in the future and improve (raise) the level of automation.

The vibration technology "SINHRO" METALIKA has synchronized, controlled vibrations for maximum product quality with the shortest cycle periods, driven by a frequency regulator.

Drive on "SINHRO" vibrators are electric motors of the German manufacturer "LENZE" (WEG) with a power of 2x 5.5kW. The highest efficiency of the electric motor is marked "IE3"

UPPER VIBRATION:

Vibrations on the stamp (upper vibrations) consist of two vibrators of the Italian manufacturer "OLI"

CENTRAL AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION OF VIBRATORS:

The system is standard equipment for the automatic vibropress RVP-2000 with temperature measurement.
Central lubrication ensures a longer service life of the "SINHRO" vibrator.
A solution for overloaded work on the vibratory press and avoiding overheating of the vibrator due to careless maintenance.
When measuring the temperature, in case of exceeding the temperature, the vibratory press is automatically turned off and an alarm is triggered to prevent overheating.
