Mesin pitting HARVER DM300x2 baru

The HARVER DM300x2 is a machine for spot pitting of cherry and sweet cherry fruits of various sizes. The productivity of this machine depends on the size of the fruit and is on average 250-300 kg/hour.

The machine is almost entirely made of food grade stainless steel. AISI304, as well as polyacetal and duralumin. Its structure complies with all applicable safety and sanitary standards and is suitable for use in food processing plants and workshops. The machine is disassembled into replaceable units for further washing and maintenance.

The HARVER DM300x2 is an industrial-type machine for use in confectionery and bakery shops, as well as small fruit freezing or dried fruit production facilities.

How it works:
The cherries are loaded by the operator or conveyor into the receiving bin and roll into the openings of the drums, which rotate 12 steps per complete revolution. The cherries that fall into the appropriate holes are delivered to the processing area, where sharp specially shaped plungers penetrate the centre of the fruit and remove the pit, directing it into a hole with a rubber cuff. The seeds fall into a stone collector with a screw, which removes them from the working area. The plungers return to their original position, the drum is rotated to the next steps and the pitted cherries fall out on the other side of the machine, falling into a storage container set by the operator.
