For sale: Line for uncoiling sheet metal coils, straightening, and cutting.
This is an automatically operated device, suitable for standalone operation or as part of a production line, with numerical control.

The line has been used very little. In most cases, it was used for the precise straightening of pre-ordered sheets of aluminum used in our company due to high smoothness requirements. Occasionally, it was also used for uncoiling and straightening galvanized sheet metal coils.

The device is in a like-new condition, very well-maintained. All service and maintenance operations have been carried out exclusively by the manufacturer's authorized service center.

The set includes:
1. Uncoiler - Handles coils weighing up to 5 tons, 1500mm wide, and 3mm thick.
2. Sheet guiding module.
3. Straightener with a feeder - equipped with 19 precision straightening rollers.
4. Cutting mechanism with automatic guillotine.
5. Tilt table for finished sheets up to 4000mm length x 1500mm width, with a mobile table for transport (sheet length is unlimited with table extension).

For an additional fee (to be determined), the manufacturer can provide a start-up warranty and the option for device transportation and setup at the customer's location.
